 Arsenal won the North London Derby at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for 1 against zero. The Brazilian centre-back scores an header from a corner kick.

Arsenal get to the second of the table while Spurs have won just four points in the Premier League so far this season .It's the cup competitions up next for both teams, with Arsenal travelling to face Atalanta on Thursday in the Champions League while Spurs visit Coventry in the EFL Cup.


Match Report 

 The North London derby kicks off  at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium with Arsenal touch. In the 5th minute Tottenham's Kuluveski got a pass from Son, but the shot stopped by Raya.

Tottenham dominates for 15 minutes of the first half, eventually Arsenal got the game and Vicario making important stops to deny Havertz and then Gabriel Martinelli .

before a heavy Timber challenge sparked a confrontation between the two sets of players, the game goes for half time without any impactful moments other than foul.

Tottenham's five players booked yellow card while Arsenal Timber got for pushing Tottenham goalkeeper Vicario in the First Half.

The game is still physical in the Second half and Arsenal midfielder Jorginho got a yellow card in the 59th minute.

The visitors took the lead in the 64th minute by Gabriel.Saka's inswinging cross wasn't dealt with by Tottenham, and Gabriel was waiting to thunder home a header from close range.
 
Spurs huffed and puffed late on but the Gunners remained resolute, seeing out the final minutes to claim a victory that moves them second, with their hosts remaining in the bottom half.
