Manchester United extended the contract of Erik Ten Hag until 2026 .the manager who already ha contract until 2025 extend for one more year.
there are certain rumours that Manchester United are looking for new manager, but it all comes to an end after the announcement of contract extension.
“I am very pleased to have reached agreement with the club to continue working together,” Ten Hag.
“Looking back at the past two years, we can reflect with pride on two trophies and many examples of progression from where we were when I joined. However, we must also be clear that there is still lots of hard work ahead to reach the levels expected of Manchester United, which means challenging for English and European titles.
“In my discussions with the club, we have found complete unity in our vision for reaching those goals, and we are all strongly committed to making that journey together.”
Ten Hag came in 2022 from Ajax and won two trophies in two year for Manchester United. Manchester united new sporting director said that Erik is the most suitable person after winning two trophies for Manchester United.
Even though Manchester United finish 8th in the Premier League ,they can play the Europa League due to FA CUP trophy. now they are looking for new staffs ,they already contacted Van Nisterlooy.
