England and Spain reached the euro 2024 final . both team will face on July 14 at the Olympiastadion Berlin.

England won against Netherland in the 90th minute by Ole Watkins while Spain beat Germany for 2 against one with the help of Lamine Yamal and Dani Olmo.

The England national football team first qualified in 1968, and have since participated in the finals on ten occasions with an ongoing eleventh participation in 2024.

England's best performance till the date at the UEFA EURO was a runner-up finish at Euro 2020, when they lost the final to Italy on penalties at Wembley.

they had a third-place finish in Italy in 1968, when only four teams competed in the finals tournament .and reached one more  semi-finals in 1996, losing to Germany, also on home soil and on penalties.

The team reached the quarter-finals on two other occasions, losing to host nation Portugal on penalties in 2004 and to Italy in Ukraine in 2012, also on penalties.

Spain  have participated in eleven European Championships with an ongoing twelfth appearance in 2024 .

Spain became European champions three times . they win as  hosts in 1964 , in 2008 in Austria and Switzerland, and in 2012 in Poland and Ukraine. They are currently the only team to win two consecutive editions .they also has the joint  most title holders with Germany. 

the three times champion Spain became runner up  in 1984 , where they  lost the final to France.
